Do you offer sample before mass production?
Yes, sample is ok, we have standard random sample and customized sample, One standard sample free for quality checking, shipping cost at your side. For Customized sample normally it’s 30USD to 100USD depending on the eco bag model.
What material I can choose?
We have a full range of fabrics: cotton, canvas, linen, hemp, jute, velvet ,rpet ,oxford ,tyvek and other eco friendly materials if you request, as long as it can be sewed ,we can do it.
What is lead time and do you accept rush order?
For quantity below 10000pcs, Production time is around 15 days, actual production time will be according to your request and quantity, if you have an urgent rush order request, let us know and we will also make it.
What is the requirement for artwork design?
Acceptable file types include AI, EPS, CDR, PSD, and PDF with a resolution of 300 DPI or higher. For JPG files, use high-resolution images of at least 2000×3000 pixels.
How to order?
Tell me the Items model and quantity you order. we will make the Proforma Invoice for you. And will arrange the items after got your payment.
What fabric color is available?
We have natural beige, bleached or semi bleached white, and black color in stock for mostly ordered. But We also provide other beautiful colors and customized colors. if you want to check them, please, contact us and we will send color card.
What is the payment term?
For total amount lower than $3000, our payment terms is 100% before production, Total amount more than $3000, we accept 30% deposit and70% balance before shipment.
How to Pay?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including TT bank transfer ,credit cards, PayPal, and some local payment methods in certain regions.
